Is your resume giving you a chance, or is it killing your opportunities?
As a recruiter I will tell you that we receive hundreds of resume each week. Reviewing resume has to be a fast process, and we have to make decisions to either trash a resume or take a closer look in about 5 seconds, literally.
So knowing this, make sure your resume is clear and concise from the jump. We need to know your strengths and key accomplishments from a quick glance, and we truly can pick this out in mere seconds, if the resume is written properly.
